Scholarships
- Freshmen merit scholarships ranging from 3000-7000 USD. Scholarship eligibility is based on minimum high school GPA 3.25 on 4.0 scale and a 24/ACT OR 1090/SAT
- International scholarships ranging from 1000-4500 USD available to qualified incoming undergraduate international students for Fall term. Scholarship deadline is March 1st

Want to get involved? UM-Flint has several different activities to participate in: Chancellor BBQ’s, trips to area destinations such as Mackinac Island, amusement parks and downhill skiing, University Ice Rink and many more weekly events.
Need more English training? UM-Flint’s English Language Program is a CEA accredited program designed to develop students’ English skills in reading, vocabulary, writing, grammar, listening and speaking for academic purposes. Students receive 22 hours of instruction per week in English and American culture. Conditional admission is available.
